Maliy comes from the Arabic مالي, meaning “financial”, and also “my money”.

The UAE's e-invoicing mandate changes how every business in scope issues, receives and reports its invoices. PDFs give way to structured data, invoices travel over the Peppol network, and tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority.
For most finance teams that means new formats, new rules and a new partner to choose. We started Maliy to make that change simple: one platform, one accountable partner, and a team based here in the UAE.

Where Maliy sits in the five-corner model
In the UAE's model, every business in scope works through an accredited service provider. Maliy is preparing to be that provider for its customers: sending your invoices, receiving your suppliers' invoices, and reporting tax data to the FTA.
